How much does shipping cost at Cable Clamp®?

We have a fixed shipping price of only 39,- for all purchases under 299,-. If you shop for over 299,-, we will treat you to shipping – completely free!

How long will it take before I receive my goods?

Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days for most routes and up to 4-5 days for some destinations in Norway. Orders received before 12:00 on weekdays are normally shipped the same day.

Note: During peak season (Black Week to New Year's), there may be delays of 1–2 days due to large package volumes. To ensure delivery before Christmas, your order must be placed by 12:00 on Monday, December 16th.

Can I have the package delivered directly to my mailbox?

Yes, we offer delivery directly to your mailbox or doormat with PostNord and Bring/Posten. This option starts at 39,- and is perfect for small orders.

Is Parcel in the mailbox covered by insurance?

No, Parcel in the mailbox is not covered by insurance if the parcel is lost or does not arrive. We therefore recommend choosing Parcel to a pickup location if you want tracking and liability for the shipment. This applies to both Posten and PostNord.

What delivery methods can I choose from?

You can choose from several delivery options, including Bring/Posten and PostNord, with delivery to a pickup location, directly to your mailbox, or doormat. Choose the option that suits you best.

Does Cable Clamp® offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over 299,-. Organize your cables without extra shipping costs!

What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If you do not collect the package within the collection deadline, it will be returned to us, and a fee of 100,- will be deducted to cover our costs. Please contact us if you would like us to resend the package.

How does Cable Clamp® package its goods?

At Cable Clamp®, we use environmentally friendly materials, including recycled paper and biodegradable fillers. We aim to minimize our environmental footprint and appreciate your contribution by recycling our packaging.

Do you deliver abroad?

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver outside of Norway, but this will be available in Q1 2025.
