How does the right of withdrawal work at Cable Clamp?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- Fill out the cancellation form included in your order confirmation email and place it inside the return package.
- Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Send the package to our return address (listed below). Clearly label the package with your name and order number.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We offer prepaid return labels, which can be ordered from us. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend trackable shipping to ensure your return is received.
Which products cannot be returned?
For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personal care items and textiles where the seal has been broken.

How does the refund process work?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected within the pickup deadline, it will be returned to us. A fee of NOK 100 will be charged to cover our costs. If you wish to have the package resent, please contact us to arrange a new shipping payment.

- Send the photos and details to us.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will correct the mistake as quickly as possible.
